I was going to say “my neck hurts looking at this picture” but quickly realized the desk is in standing position.
Good looking setup, but now I want to see the dog 🐕
I’m one of those persons for sure. I love the overall professional setup, but the monitors are way too high and go against recommendations for healthy work ergonomics. This looks like OP’s eyes are lined up with the center of the screen rather than the top of the screen - a common misconception I see lots of persons still do.
Mayo Clinic recommends that for best ergonomics, the top of your monitor should be lined up with your eye height. This ensures that when you work or game, only your eyes will look down to see the rest of your monitor. Also prevents you from craning and moving your neck constantly to look up at other corners of the monitor. Those constant movements of your neck cause strain over time, and certainly over the years.
“Place the computer monitor straight in front of you, directly behind your keyboard, about an arm’s length away from your face. The monitor should be no closer to you than 20 inches (about 50 centimeters) and no further away than 40 inches (about 100 centimeters). The top of the screen should be at or slightly below eye level. If you wear bifocals, lower the monitor an additional 1 to 2 inches (about 2 to 5 centimeters) for more comfortable viewing.”

As I get older I’ve been very careful to pay attention to ergonomics. I keep my monitors at arm’s length away and always lined up properly per medical recommendations. I spend most of my day at my desk working or gaming, so I wanted to be as healthy as I could be. Doing this for years now and it’s been great - not as exhausted, no strain, etc.
you say “dog beds” implying there are multiple, but I only see one.
what is the meaning of this‽
you claim that there is “editing and gaming” implying there are multiple machines, but I only see one.
