Microsoft are some of the worst out there when it comes to UX. They're certainly not a standard to strive for.
True, Open Source is hit and miss due to resources, but I've used Libre Office for over a decade, and it has been pretty damn solid.

I am baffled how so many people stick with MS. Especially the ones that are like "I don't want my computer to change, I just learned it all". Like, bruh, MS changes everything drasticslly for no reason. My Linux has stayed the same, by my choice, for like 15 years
