OBS pros!!

Does anyone know of a plugin (or a way) to record ONLY THE SOUND from OBS? Ideally in an MP3 format (or equivalent)?
It would solve so many of my headaches... 🙏

@NotPatrick Would a piece of software like Audio Hijack work? Can record sound from any application (and do a lot more) and then export as mp3 or anything else. https://rogueamoeba.com/audiohijack/

@thelukejohnson That's what I use currently when I'm on my Mac (I have different tools for PC). The goal would be to just use OBS since that's what I already stream with anyway...
