@Tungmar when farmers find them while working on their land, they put them close to the road in plain view and call DOVO, a special unit of the army who picks them up and neutralize them. Just to give an idea of their task: in 2019 they had more than 300 specialists who treated 3655 calls. More than 200 tons of munition was defused/destroyed.
