@theintercept The #ICJP statement [1] hints that the Cabinet violated PL law:

"...the resolution's contradiction with ...provisions of the PL Code of Criminal Procedure, which mandate judicial, not executive, decisions regarding the detention+surrender of individuals subject to ICC arrest warrants. ...any attempt by the executive to pre-empt or obstruct judicial processes represents a serious breach of the rule of law."
