I don’t know enough about the technical part of photography to earn a living through the photo instructional complex so I’m under no pressure to convince anybody to buy anything. Until two years ago, all my bird photos (including this one) were done on a non-DSLR superzoom 1” sensor camera, Sony RX10IV. I learned almost everything on that camera; most important that the best photos come from figuring out what the camera you have does best and doing that. Over and over. No additional gear needed.
I would never have guessed that this was shot on a 1" sensor – I always assumed bird photographers were all of the longest-lens DSLR type (and to be fair, I figured they were among the few people to actually need those lenses).
