We’re looking to migrate our servers from TransIP to Hetzner (mainly due to the insane price increases at TransIP over the past 3 years).

How reliable is Hetzner? Any reliability or security concerns?

I quite like their cloud console and their prices are insanely competitive, but I’ve had some issues with ID verification (I blacked out my SSN, Hetzner does not need to know that, they disagreed)

@OverSoft never had any problems, at least with the main branch in Germany. They outsource their support to India, but the only time I've contacted them I had no problem either

@OverSoft have some VM's there since ages. Good stuff. Minimal issues/downtime.
