DiddlydeeHow do you expect to find out about more obscure cheeses if they are not advertised in some way? You’d never stumble across Stinking Bishop or Epoisses de Bourgogne or Pule.
I walk by the cheese monger and point at a cheese and say “that looks tasty what is it”.
