KerploppusI feel strange about Rubio, for years he's been a terrible Senator who's made unforced error after unforced error. His strength as a human being is inadequate for pretty much anything.
At the same time, he's the first SoS since Rice who seems to actually understand who the US's allies and enemies are and why. So there's that.
But he's a twerp and a ninny, and I don't think he's capable of much. I don't have faith in his abilities as a diplomat or a persuader. I don't think he could sell pussy on a troop train.
