*If, and it's a big if, said location has created the ability for people in the line to make decisions prior to reaching the front
Eg. Menu, ticket availability/prices, lists of questions you will be asked.
The number of, specifically coffee, shops I've been on that has a poorly hand written menu above the check that cannot be easily read by the folks with vision issues is not small.
Or you get to the front and they rattle off a list of specials requiring you to decide anew!
