I am not condoning this, but Trump had a plan for this from day one, so I am fully hoping he does this, for the simple reason sir kier starmer had a plan to stop the boats, apparently from day 1, but they are still coming over and people have died coming across the channel.

If trump starts this on Day 1 or very soon after, it will prove Starmar was telling a pack of lies from the start.

I back stop the boats as the English channel is one of the busiest stretches of water in the world, crossing is dangerous esp in flimsy small boats, so stopping the boats, stopping the people trafficking is a good thing, provided that we provide a far better, safer, and cheaper means for people to migrate from A to B. It is a humanitarian thing, people traffikers don't care, once they get paid, they have their money.

As far as I am aware there is VERY little evidence providing this, will result in a huge influx of people.

A few years ago about 30+ people from vietnam ( I think ) froze to death in the back of a refrigerated lorry.
