Can someone tell #Maybank/#Etiqa how shitty their services are - requiring daily maintenance yet they're still broken to the point of not being able to even pay for their services and give them money? Who are these people hiring for this shit?

I've been trying to get travel insurance for my dad who's flying tomorrow and still haven't been able to since yesterday. I even had the same experience not that long ago, late last year trying to renew my car insurance and wasn't able to - I even got my first police summon becos of it as I had no choice but to drive, literally just outside of my residence, with my car insurance already expired. Jfc.
