Telegram is abandoning its roots now that Durov is scared. Even bigger reason to get folks onto @delta and other actually encrypted platforms.

Privacy folks, and FOSS advocates has been telling about such these days to people from the first very beginning. Telegram is better than WA, sure. But we need decentralization and E2EE.

@farooqkz @delta Telegram tricked a lot of folks by releasing the source of their client apps and not having so heavy censorship as the mainstream so many people believed they were "on our side"
