What Anarki is engaging in is what Orwell called, “Double Speak.” Although framed as a joke, they are saying something we all know is not true, then we all go, “yeah, isn’t that the truth,” in jest, then repeat the “joke” ourselves and so on until this constant repetition of something that isn’t true eventually has us all believing and acting as though it is true, so, essentially, it is true.
I sometimes like to push back on obvious examples of this.
