Multiple scientific observers confirm that global temperatures in 2024 not only exceeded 1.5°C compared to the pre-industrial average, but have actually reached 1.6°C (‼️).

We are in a climate emergency.

@Leefellerguy @breadandcircuses not quite!! It’s an increase of 1.5 C or an increase of 2.7 F from what ever temperature it is outside. So a nice day of 71*F becomes a hot day at about 74*F
