- you probably want at MINIMUM one set of extra spare batteries; I have three sets of batteries in total, because they run out slightly faster than they can charge at the heat setting I need to use
- one charger arrived non-functional and hasn't been replaced yet
- they're TIGHT at first, they ease up

Re: the non-functional charger, they've been very very responsive to me, but there's a stock problem in the UK. They've only been selling here since late November, so it's my hope that it's just speed bumps
