HomeKit compatibility now easier to achieve as Apple accepts Matter certification - Lemmy.ca

Apple has now agreed to accept Matter certification as proof of HomeKit compatibility, without the need for additional testing. Provided a product passes all the Matter tests, Apple will allow it to use the Works With Apple Home badge.
