I implemented the most requested feature: now KMP library wizard generates a sample app (depend on targets).
Also I did:
- updated steps to publish your library on MavenCentral (just follow few simple steps - it is really easy!)
- updated all dependencies
- cleaned and modernised generated build configs

@terrakok when you say "updated steps to publish your library on MavenCentral (just follow few simple steps - it is really easy!)" is that a readme in the generated project, or where are those steps? I must be missing something I think 👀
