@Helend4434 we bought a Gruyère, Morbier, Stilton soaked in Port wine! It was very tasty
@maaikees it's amazing selection of cheeses! Stilton soaked in Port wine must have been especially rich and flavorful. Did you pair them with anything special?
@Helend4434 the smell of that Stilton was a lot stronger than the taste. Quite weird, actually. The taste was mild and soft, with only hints of the port wine. We ate the cheese with slices of baguette, like we always do. And we also bought a jam jelly (pear flavored), this also combines well with strong tasting cheeses!
