make silly and whimsical software and games and mods :3
this was inspired by Fortnite for Windows doing a similar thing in the taskbar when you get put into a match / when the bus leaves, except that has way less joy and whimsy and charm. Fortnite glows but Black Ops 3 bounces on it.
