Everything I just read sounded like she doesn't have a way to define her self worth, and worse she's trying to now by getting revenge on the guy

Not quite sure I get it.
I thought her story was going to be more about the extra issues involved in dating *any* celebrity.
But this seemed more about the issues with dating a guy who is a bit of a self-absorbed jerk. Who *also* happens to be recognizable in public.
