Fucking UPS.

Multiple delays, so I had to pay extra to make sure they’d deliver on a day I’m not out of town.

They delivered anyway on a day I didn’t want. Charged me for the service they didn’t provide. No one can help on a call.

Had to talk to five different people from India on customer service, spell my name five different times, give the tracking number five different times, and no one could resolve the refund anyway.

They are incompetent from top to bottom.

Fuck UPS.
