Gym goers generally don appropriate clothes when they arrive. They change out of the soiled garments when ready to leave. What doesn't make sense is carrying any pathogen out and about on the streets and public transit into the hospital and then carrying whatever is inside out. Why aren't lockers in hospitals? Why aren't medical uniforms kept off the street and instead cleaned in the same manner as hospital linens?
