@Craktok @gruber This reminded me of when France (2014, 2022) and Italy (2020) passed laws limiting the discount rate Amazon is allowed to apply.
Because you can always count on governments to help customers, right?

In a long-running legal battle that stretches back nearly a decade, Amazon has again emerged as the winner, despite both a court ruling and legislation against it.
It's a lot of nothingburgers with largely unsubstantiated claims (and Epidemic Sound that was mentioned several times is a legitimate business).
Like all such articles, the main issue is completely ignored. They manged to dedicate one whole paragraph to it even though literally everything in the article can be explained by it (whether true or not).
