Los Angeles.

Do we now have to have Black students attend online virtual school or demand all-Black schools as an alternative to the LAUSD or any OTHER district?

Mother of Verdugo Hills High School student says attack on son was racially motivated

A mother claims her 14-year-old son was violently attacked at Verdugo Hills High School because of his race, and she's now taking legal action against the Los Angeles Unified School District.

@IveyJanette Dec 10: The Los Angeles Unified School District issued a statement saying it is "committed to our schools being safe spaces for all students and we will not tolerate violent incidents regardless of who perpetrates them."

Dec 21: In a statement posted to his X account, LAUSD Superintendent Alberto Carvalho said, "We are committed to our schools being safe spaces for all students and we will not tolerate violent incidents regardless of who perpetrates them.”

@Laukidh Bullshit. LAUSD has always had racial issues.
@IveyJanette they didn’t even change a word of the bullshit between statements
