Having enjoyed some historical noir and sci-fi noir, we are looking for fantasy books with a noir vibe. Any suggestions?

Bonus points if it isn't urban fantasy.

@jendefer 'Even Though I Knew the End' by CL Polk
Jim Butcher's 'Dresden Files' are definitely noir inspired as would be Ben Aaronovitch's 'Rivers of London' series
I would lean to saying Kate Griffin's 'Matthew Swift' books are urban fantasy noir.
Fonda Lee's 'Green Bone Saga' is Hong Kong/Asian crime noir inspired

look at some of the christopher moore
@TheAuthorGuy

He has got very funny fantasy/noir like books

@jendefer @bookstodon Fade To Black by Francis Knight
@jendefer @bookstodon The Garrett PI novels by Glen Cook. Garrett is a hardboiled detective type, but the setting is a fantasy world. (Some of the book covers wrongly imply there’s ~1920s technology around - there isn’t.)
@Lemniscate @bookstodon Ah, this is *exactly* what I was wondering if existed! There's been lots of good suggestions so far, but this is the first to mention the hardboiled detective in a fantasy world.
@jendefer @bookstodon The Hawk and Fisher series by Simon Green? Hardboiled detective duo in fantasy city (if I remember right, it's been a while since I read them)
@jendefer @bookstodon The Mistborn series by Brandon Sanderson has a pulpy feel (more so the later books).
