At what point is violence encouraged toward the target in your eyes? shift lead? middle manager? or is someone fair game once they reach upper management regardless of the size of the company and the industry?

I work for a company with under 50 people. If my CEO got Luigi’d I’d feel pretty bad. He’s a nice guy.
