@redrummy they’re the worst kind of vanity project. Almost no one lives in them and apparently people who do have the top floor apartments can’t live there because the lateral sway is in excess of 6’ and people get motion sick.
And, since they’re mostly empty they harm the night skyline since they’re mostly dark. Which is not what NYC is supposed to look like. 🥺
