In 2019, #NYC rammed through rezoning in my Upper Manhattan neighborhood I told them at the time, housing folks using their regional calculation for affordable (~2x local median income) alone would be enough to drive up income in the neighborhood by 25% Looks like the Grey Lady noticed this, too 👇
