Nice drift on decreasing Difficulty Scores and health in @EvlynMoreau's #DoodleLand which is based on #TunnelGoons:

”The Health Points (HP) of an encounter are equal to their DS plus the number of creatures encountered. The DS of an encounter goes down when their HP goes below their DS, going down by 1 for each HP lost. Example: 10 goblins would have DS 6 and 16 HP. Their DS starts going down when their Health goes below 6: at 5 HP, their DS becomes 5, and so on until they reach DS 0 at 0 HP. “

This way antagonists stay dangerous longer than in vanilla #TunnelGoons, where the Difficulty Score is 1:1 hit points, and goes down immediately with inflicted damage.

This kind of encounter combat with mook/goon/horde rules would be right up my personal alley for a beer and pretzels game. My regular group would still love to shred antagonists individually though, haha.
