@burne @mike wanted to do this so badly but i need that account for reporting bugs which is probably the worst thing about github

@coolbean @mike That is a fundamental discussion that Microsoft has made unavoidable. Suddenly all open source (unless you want to pay) is being fed into Copilot and nobody but Micrsoft will benefit from that.

Personally, I think Microsoft has made GitHub incompatible with OSS with this move. I’m not prepared to feed my own IP to them. They can hire me or fuck off.

Yes, I will stop reporting those bugs until the project moves to something without mandatory CoPilot.
