BC NDP and Greens have entered into a confidence agreement (renewable each year for the next four years), a key part of is a committee struck to look at Proportional Representation. I'm really hoping that we make progress on this, and would love to see BC be the first domino for PR.
Justin Robinson@jpthuot03 Wouldn't it be great? I don't have high hopes after our 3 failed referendums though. Seems people just don't get it—or do, and can't balance out the complexities.
@xemoka Well, as usual the ruling parties don't want PR, and would rather risk losing power than have to share it... I'm hopeful that the Greens can push this through this time and we will all benefit (even the conservatives).
