Another case of blaming the user for the systems faults. If your system is automatically entering the name of the protected persons identity, maybe it's your systems fault, not the users fault?

Why can't we make computer systems that actually help the users? Stop throwing blame on the users, the computer is supposed to lower the workload on us humans, not increase it.
