@djsundog oh geez, this should be easy but I'm only coming up with a handful:
Aretha Franklin - Respect
The Kinks - Lola (also Weird Al - Yoda)
John Mellancamp - R.O.C.K. In The U.S.A.
Sam Roberts - The Canadian Dream
@trike Sinatra’s “j-i-n-g-l-e bells” was the inciting incident for this toot, Nat King Cole’s “L-O-V-E” is a great one, and of course Gwen Stefani reminds us this shit is bananas.
@djsundog I can't believe I missed this one earlier, but The Guess Who - American Woman

@djsundog
Oi Polloi - L.I.N.U.X.
Hot Chip - Over and Over
Sugarhill Gang - Rapper's Delight
Bo Diddly - I'm a Man
Them - Gloria
Men Without Hats - Safety Dance
Chappell Roan - Hot To Go

It's a bit of a stretch but Country Joe & The Fish - The Fish Cheer

@trike @djsundog Canadian Dream is such an interesting song. Like, could there ever be an (English) Canadian song more explicitly designed to never get any amount of significant radio play in the US?

And yet they still spell out "socialism" like it's some sort of bad word that they're trying to get past censors, and the line "everything moves real slow when it's 40 below" works in both Celsius and Fahrenheit.
