Anyway, my T-shirt is like a fashionable dry salt lake, and I had to hit the nurse up for magnesium because of back cramps, and my gooch smells like 7 or 8 gooches, but this is what you get when your union doesn't have hard & fast rules about working in the heat.

@ghost_shit @dropbear I distinctly recall a union poster - I am going to guess ETU - in Queensland in the toilets at a power station that had a piss colour chart to help you gauge your hydration or lack thereof. Next to "gravy" the official advice was take a break and urgently rehydrate and the unofficial sharpie advice was call your union rep.
