account migration moves over your followers and follows but that's about it

@starfall @sanspoint you should be able to generate one, if not, ping me. And yeah, unfortunately there is no good way for us to just rename an account. I don’t quite recall if you can move from one account to another on same instance, but @xumbra did something like that at some point I Think?
