It's shocking just how much has happened in Elite Dangerous this past year, since they planted the infinite money tree (ship buying with real money), when vast periods of Elite's lifetime have seen it completely abandoned. To go from ‘no new ships in 5 years’ to four in a single year is a remarkable turnaround.

I hope someday I'll be able to come back to the game, that enough of it will have been revamped/upgraded to give it a new lease on life. Until then: Star Citizen
