The DAAD Regional Office Cairo invites you to participate in a symposium entitled “Between Status and Statues: Women in Critical Times in Ancient Egypt and Beyond”. The workshop is organised within the framework of the DAAD project “Clusters of Scientific Innovation in the Middle East and North Africa” (COSIMENA), and in cooperation with the Faculty of Archelogy, Cairo University and Institute for Egyptology and Coptology, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
