Oof, in the Streamer Awards 2024 the camera staff were probably not instructed on how to not break the 3D illusion and did lots of weird pan-zooms that made the screen too obvious.
At least someone in the mixing room noticed and cut to a different camera.

@anianimalsmoe I assume they hired some company to do it. You’d think there would be a ton of (sadly) underpaid pros around that area, but they seem to have found the B team.
Mousey was talking about the concert I believe yesterday. I’m sure it will pop up as a clip or something longer. She seemed pretty stoked and some people had reached out with kind words and such. So at least she felt that it was good.
(Me I find those concerts kinda odd, because of the very odd venue. I think a dedicated show at a con with fans would go over better. Or just a fully virtual one. Would be kinda neat to have one in VR and actually see the crowd:))
@anianimalsmoe Yeah she’s friends with some big streamers, but not the vast majority of them there. And performances at these shows tends to always be in front of bored crowds.
It’s always sad to see some of the biggest stars perform and the crowd is either dead or reacting in a, and I am not known to use this word, cringe way.
They could have skipped the crowd shot to be honest.
