@michabbb Oh, I meant that it doesn’t really *know* the answer. It’s just responding with the most probable response, based on the training data it has.

@ramsey training is "knowing" ;) but the problem is that training takes too much time. whatever version we are coding with, AI will always stay behind... that´s frustrating ... ;( but I guess in 5 to 10 years this will rapidly change.....

@michabbb mmm, maybe mislabeled is a better word. Products and services said to be ai, but really it's just a fancy search or knowledgebase.
