Two thoughts on this: first, it’s interesting that other industries are now profiting off corporations like Walgreens successfully blaming shoplifters for their price gouging & bad practices.
Second, it’s an interesting time for a CEO to get mouthy in public.

Consumers are now obligated to pay these spurious & arbitrary surcharges
They aren't permitted to change their behavior to avoid the fees either
