@rebeccawatson it used to be every ticket on every company included, at least, a small backpack and a carry-on luggage. Now it's only the small backpack. I'm not a small guy: in that backpack I can fit a sweater, my meds, my toothbrush, little else. Forget about a spare pair of trousers. On top of that I spend the whole flight cramping because my legs are often too long for me to fit in the seats. Guys like this CEO don't deserve the impact they have on people.
