Two thoughts on this: first, it’s interesting that other industries are now profiting off corporations like Walgreens successfully blaming shoplifters for their price gouging & bad practices.
Second, it’s an interesting time for a CEO to get mouthy in public.
@rebeccawatson wandering thought, the UnitedHealth hit is going to be the perfect excuse for the wealthier class to start lashing out at the general public.
The CEO class already treats other humans as property and other than, once they get a sense they are under attack, expect them to double down on their shit rhetoric and manipulate laws to cause more suffering to the regular person.
When monsters get called out for being monsters, they let go of the facade that they aren't what they are.
