FeohThe Murderbot Chronicles by Martha Wells is a fantastic example IMO of where #scifi creates characters that are more human than the humans in the stories they share :)

I read (most, not done yet) of the Murderbot series based on @jessamyn's review (thank you) and I love the examination of society, ethics, and morality in the context of a fun sci-fi adventure. I wish the series had a better name that didn't imply just mindless violence so my sales pitch to others was easier but I'm willing to put in the additional effort 😂
