the buff who fell to earthForcing myself to listen to 10 albums I didn't really want to listen to yesterday (well, 11, but I bailed on one) made me go something something, so I'm treating myself to some old favorites today. I've done this so rarely this year with all my various listening projects, but given the very obvious calming effects on my brain, going forward I might need to start scheduling in 'safe' listening days to reset, lol.
