The likelihood of this being a targeted attack is near zero and this is NY Post trying to get the wealth class scared that people are going to target them so they can justify a pretext for more law enforcement “protection” of “special” people like this guy.
They know they deserve to be targeted so they’re working on massaging the media to promote the idea that they need protection before real targeting happens.
The first two outlets to report on this and say it was targeted were NY Post and fucking Bloomberg. Both right wing shitrags with vested interest in protecting the wealth class.

Okay but not everything is a conspiracy either. It’s a developing story and it’s entirely plausible it was targeted.
Maybe it’s just me, but I would consider the theory that this was a targeted assassination to be conspiratorial thinking.
Which is of course still plausible.
It seems plausible that one of the people who has been fucked over by UnitedHealthcare got pissed enough to do something about it.
