Someone suggested "Jeongnyeon : The Star Is Born" feels like written with Kim Tae Ri in mind.
It has that feel for me too. Many Kdramas have been made with perfect leads in, fitted for that role. Some seem to have a nose for always choosing the right drama .
But I cannot recall any kdrama that feels like written specially around a certain actress or actor.
Like Kim Tae R. She is almost 3D: An extra dimension.

As said before, so many Korean dramas with traditional performance.
Often too short. I have been looking before for full performances , Korean and other Asian. Either on YT or even live in our own area or perhaps somewhere else.
Ofcourse, understanding the language is a pré, but subs do help.
Great and long parts in this drama.
