UPDATE:
Thanks to some responders, found out that this “quote” is not an actual quote of Kroptkin. He actually thought the “jungle” showed cooperation as well.

@blickbluck Yep, you are correct now that I look into it. I should have known better to just repost a meme like that without checking.
Looks like its a common misquoting of Kropotkin.
