@ChrisHolladay @GottaLaff Actually, second-world-countries is an expression used to refer to the communist nations allied to the USSR during the Cold War (the members of the Warsaw Treaty Organization). Brazil was a third-world country (as we were not directly involved in The Cold War, but this terminology is no longer used). Developing countries is a much more acceptable term, as you can provide broader classification and different stages of development. Glad to help :)
