I actually reached out to the artist (used some online translator and showed my work to them) back then and they even approved / allowed it being posted.
Used to have this posted on my FA, prob on IB still, feels like I found original piece on e6.

Anyway it was like 50/50 anime girl and bald eagle… bird art pretty limited then. Had to edit to get my own! (Or I drew my own. Too broke to actually commission then).
